A. While Deep South is not publicly traded, we are a subsidiary of the Carylon Corporation. Our company has revenues in excess of 100 million per year and is debt free. This allows the advantage of purchasing new equipment with monies our competition would spend on interest payments. We have an excellent financial rating and can provide you with financials if requested.
Q. Does Deep South intend to provide a portion of their services as part of an alliance or consortium of suppliers?
A. No. Deep South is fully capable of performing this contract without the use of subcontractors.
Q. Could you describe an outline of Deep South's proposed customer account management and customer service support plans; including general roles, responsibilities, and organizational levels of individuals involved.
A. Deep South's organizational structure is flexible to meet the demands of our customers. We always propose a single point of contact for customers. This is accomplished by assigning a dedicated Account Manager/Supervisor to each facility.

Q. What type of overhead support is available from Deep South?
A. Inside/Outside sales representatives are available 24 hours a day in addition to the Account Manager and organization structure. This structure allows you to contact Deep South's management directly, removing any inefficiencies and time delays.
Q. Is technical support available by phone?
A. Deep South offers on-staff technical engineers and operations specialists that are available to facilitate engineering projects and expand/improve project performance goals. As an experienced service provider, we are geared to perform 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our 24 hour dispatch service (800-860-7378) enables us to make our senior management to field technicians available to our customers virtually any time as requested or required.
Q. How does Deep South verify time charges to its customers?
A. Each task performed by Deep South is documented with a work order. The work order details personnel and equipment hours for that specific task. The work order is signed by the responsible department (customer representative) person. If requested, Deep South can supply the customer with detailed cost expenditures by department.
Q. How does Deep South ensure timely and accurate invoices?
A. Deep South invoices on a weekly and monthly basis, generally depending upon the customer requirements. Our payment terms are Net: 30 days. We are also willing to discuss quick pay discounts for Net: 10 days.
Q. What kind of work force can a customer expect from Deep South?
A. Deep South takes great pride in our work force, our work ethic and our safety program. Deep South will take all steps necessary to ensure complete satisfaction is maintained with our customers. Deep South offers initial paid training, refresher training, annual personnel reviews, merit increases, corporate safety awards and incentives, and employee stock programs. These programs have enabled Deep South to maintain an experienced and dedicated work force.

A. Deep South offers a full line of industrial cleaning services and environmental services. Given the array of services provided under that Carylon Corporation service umbrella, our customers enjoy a single point of contact for all the services provided by the Carylon Corporation.

A. Deep South is focused on providing our customers with the highest level and most technically advanced industrial cleaning services in the industry.
